Remembrance
Our fallen fellow warriors have been laid to rest across the globe, and we want to sustain their legacies. We also want to show support to the families who lost loved ones in Afghanistan, and emphasize that those who are gone will not be forgotten. Our intent is to start small, and increase scale with proficiency. That means donations of flowers to families of the fallen, or to the gravesites of those killed in action, on the anniversaries of their loss. Remembrance can also take the form of contributions to charitable organizations identified by families for donations in lieu of flowers. As funds become available, this effort may grow into support for the children of those who gave their lives in combat: perhaps a computer or books needed for college, or other assistance for professional development. There are endless possibilities for how members of a unit that took casualties could rally in support of the next of kin. We can help facilitate how you want to give back, and sustain the legacy.
